Questions
Do grandparents need to install anything?
No. They open the link you send them, enter their email and ask to join from the browser on their phone or computer, and a family admin approves them. They can also get the app if they want.
Who sees the photos?
Only the people a family admin approved. Nobody else: there are no public profiles and no photos shared outside the family.
What about videos?
Photos only for now. Videos are on the list for later.
Can I download everything?
Yes. Admins can request an export with every original photo, the milestones, the letters and the comments. You get an email with a link to download it.
What happens if I delete my account?
Your account is deleted and you stop seeing the photos. If you're the only admin, first make someone else an admin or delete the family, and we offer you a full download before that.
Does it work on Android and iPhone?
Yes, on both. And from any browser too, for anyone who doesn't want to install anything.
Is it free?
Yes. The free plan includes 500 photos and the whole family. Later on there will be a Plus plan for anyone who needs more room.
